Patients Affairs Department
  about the department :

The main objective of this department is to provide high-quality administrative services to patients and visitors consolidating the policies of the hospital administration and implementing all the guidelines and standards of quality as having the medical information properly documented and available upon request, as well as maintaining the patients’ rights and privacy in order to achieve the highest levels of satisfaction.

 

  Department Services :  

- Facilitating the tasks of researchers, students, and trainees.

- Supervising the work flow, the employees’ performance, and the quality of the services provided in all the sections of the department.

- Providing social services to patients in an effective and safe manner.

- Qualitative and quantitative auditing of in-patients (Chart Review)

-  Following up patients’ satisfaction and searching for solutions to achieve it.

- Preparing the department’s continuous orientational and educational programs.

- Supervising the implementation process of quality standards and guidelines.

- Preparing Annual and monthly statistics reports.
